File Supply
Getting files to us should be easy - you can email them with your order, submit them via our website, or upload them to our FTP site. Please note our email system has a limit of 3Mb per email, so please ensure your files (TIFs and JPEGs are fine for this purpose) are under this limit. Please understand that we receive 1000s of files a week and without a limit on emails, our system would quickly grind to a halt - even with our fast 10Mb connection.
If you wish to drop files on our FTP please email us or call for login details. Please include quantity, size, client and quote reference if possible.
Please ensure you inform us when you have uploaded the files. An order form which states in the comments field that your files will be uploaded to FTP is sufficient for this purpose
Delays can occur at clients’ ends for numerous reasons and due to commitments to other clients we are unable to continually check for your files appearing. Please also check you have read carefully our artwork guidelines so that your files are print ready and do not incur delays or extra costs before we can print them.
NB There is a £25 export charge from Quark / Indesign for flyers
PC Users can access FTP through Internet Explorer or most browsers, and also FTP specific utilities such as CuteFTP or SmartFTP
Mac users require an FTP-specific utility and you can download Cyberduck from here.
